Ride the Remutaka Incline Trail
The flagship section of the Remutaka Cycle Trail, The Remutaka Incline runs right from the doorstep of our base at Kaitoke through to Cross Creek over in the Wairarapa, and features historic rail infrastructure, native flora and fauna, huge tunnels and impressive bridges. It’s most commonly ridden as either an “A to B” ride (with a shuttle back from Cross Creek) or as a there-and-back trip to Summit (a popular option for family groups), but trips can be modified to suit any experience and fitness levels - it really is a fantastic ride with options for everyone.
