Days Bay is one of Wellington's most popular beaches, and the wider area is great for exploring by bike. Jump on one of our mountain bikes or electric bikes (eBikes), and start your adventure -
Either head south, and cruise Eastbourne's bays and cafes and on to Pencarrow's lighthouses and lakes with amazing views of the Kaikoura Ranges
Or head north - along brand new shared pathways Tupua Horo Nuku and Te Ara Tupua taking you all the way around the harbour to Wellington. Catch the ferry back to Days Bay on our Harbour Explorer combo ride!
Please note that we only keep a limited number of bikes at Wildfinder Days Bay, so you’ll need to book ahead. We also offer a free shuttle between our Days Bay and Pencarrow sites (subject to availability), so let us know if you’d like to start biking from Pencarrow instead!
